Himalayan Chiuri Honey (चिउरीको मह)

The Chiuri tree — known as the Butter Tree of Nepal — 
blooms once a year in the forests of the Himalayan 
foothills. For centuries, Nepali communities have 
treasured the honey collected from its delicate white 
flowers for its deep, rich flavour and natural goodness. 
This is Chiuri Honey — one of Nepal's most beloved and 
traditional honeys, brought to you raw and unfiltered 
by RDK Organic House, Kathmandu.

Darker and more robust than regular honey, Chiuri Honey 
has a naturally thick consistency and a complex, earthy 
sweetness that is completely unique to Nepal. It is 
collected from bees that feed exclusively on Chiuri 
blossoms — making every jar a pure expression of the 
Nepali forest.

Enjoy it stirred into warm water as a morning ritual, 
drizzled over fresh roti, or taken by the spoonful as 
nature intended.
