Jumla ko Kaalo Daal is a prized black lentil grown in Jumla, a remote high-altitude district of Nepal renowned for producing some of the country's finest grains and legumes. Richer and more flavourful than ordinary black lentils, this dal has a velvety texture when cooked and a deep, earthy taste.
