For generations, Nepali mothers have fed
their babies Lito — a blend of roasted
grains and lentils ground into a fine,
easily digestible flour that provides
everything a growing infant needs in
its first year of solid food. It is the
original Nepali baby food, made from
ingredients that have nourished Himalayan
children for centuries, and it remains
the most trusted first food in Nepali
households to this day.
RDK Organic House Lito Pitho for 6 months
to 1 year is a carefully blended multi-
grain flour made from roasted rice, lentils,
chickpeas, and other wholesome Himalayan
grains — all organically sourced, roasted
to aid digestibility, and stone-ground in
small batches in Kathmandu. No salt. No
sugar. No additives. Nothing your baby
does not need.
The result is a warm, mild, naturally
sweet porridge that babies take to
immediately — familiar, comforting, and
nutritionally complete as a weaning food
and first solid meal.

How to prepare: Mix 1 tablespoon of
Lito with 1 cup of water. Cook for
5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.
Cool to lukewarm before feeding.
Do not add salt or sugar. Do not
store leftovers.
