Methi ko Ledo Aachar is a thick, paste-style pickle made from fenugreek seeds — a uniquely Nepali aachar that is intensely aromatic and deeply flavourful. The slightly bitter warmth of fenugreek is balanced with mustard oil, chili, and traditional spices to create a complex, umami-rich condiment.
A little goes a long way. Exceptional with rice, flatbread, and yoghurt. An acquired taste that becomes completely addictive.
